Restore or Parts Car
SOLD
Has no title, but should. Got with the county clerk, and it will take months, if not years to get a title in CO. it might be a lot easier in your State
Sold as is as a restorable or as a parts car.
It was driven and parked on the property before 1973, and we have a letter giving the car to my father from the son who inherited it – but he never received the title from his father.
Body is still in pretty good shape, but of course it’s full of rat poop.
All mechanics should be in good shape, for it’s age, just old and unused for 50 odd years.
Vin #30248236, last registered in 1966 with license plate XH2213 still on it.
Bit of history –
My grandfather purchased the “ranch” in 1943 as a summer place. When his oldest boy, my uncle, married in 1958 he and my grandmother moved here full time.
Gramps was a welder and electrician, and as many in the area could testify “He could make ANYTHING you needed!” When he passed away in 1973, our family relocated to the “ranch” from Oklahoma. My father intended to make a living restoring old cars, and actually completed one for a customer, as well as a 1931 AB Ford pickup that we’ll be keeping as a family.
Thus, we not only have all the old cars, trucks and busses, we have tons of parts, My grandfather and dad collect parts of for all kinds projects.
Unfortunately, Dad was not able to complete all of his projects before he passed away. None of we three siblings have my father’s dream to restore them, nor the $$$. We’d like to get as much as possible for them, but hope they’ll go somewhere we could see pictures of the end result restoration.
We’ll be listing more parts and car with the Old Car Guys in the near future so keep an eye on their site
